The Superintendent will be responsible for managing new home construction operations according to Homes by Towne’s standards and processes to ensure the delivery of a quality home on schedule. This is a hands on position and requires residential construction experience. Superintendents are required to walk houses and update schedules daily. This safety minded individual must be an organized, tenacious, capable individual who is willing to follow direction and has a record of building quality houses, on time and within budget. Must have own tools and vehicle and be able to coordinate, direct, and manage trade performance.

May be required to use a personal computer and mobile device and be familiar with Windows based applications such as Word, Excel, scheduling and job costing software.
